What you choose to share

When you request the photography guide or sign up for letters, this website collects your name, email address and subscription consent. When you use the contact form, it collects your name, email address, subject and message so Kelly can respond.

Where your information goes

Subscriber records and contact enquiries are stored in Supabase. Resend is used to send email. The website is hosted through Vercel. These providers may process information outside Australia. Your information is not sold.

Your email preferences

Signing up for letters is optional. New signups receive an email to confirm their address. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. A record of your unsubscribe preference is retained to help prevent you being added again by a later import.

Contact enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to the mailing list. Your details are used to respond to your message and follow up on the conversation.

Keeping the website working

Technical logs and limited request information may be processed to operate the site, prevent spam and investigate failures. Google Analytics helps Kelly understand which pages people visit and how they use the website. It is disabled in previews. Google may use cookies and process usage information outside Australia.

Access, corrections and deletion

You can ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion by contacting Kelly. Please use the email address associated with your record so your request can be verified.
